Anti-dumping

On July 20, 2018 the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an antidumping investigation of certain carbon steel welded pipe imported from Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey, and Vietnam. The investigation follows a complaint filed by Novamerican Steel Inc. The goods in question are usually classified under the following tariff classification numbers: 7306.30.00.10, 7306.30.00.20, and 7306.30.00.30.
