Export tax

On 4 September 2015, the Federal Public Income Administration of Argentina adopted General Resolution 3796/2015 establishing export reference values on tariff subheading 0307.99.00. The FOB values set with the new legislation range between USD 0.90 and USD 2.80 per kilogram depending on the part of the squid that is to be exported. Previously to this resolution, no export reference value applied to this commodity. 

This reference values apply to exports to the following countries: Canada, United States of America, Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Australia, Croatia, Denmark, Hungary, Montenegro, Norway, United Kingdom, Serbia, Sweden, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, Venezuela, Korea, China, Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.  

The values established on this resolution apply to exports carried out between 1 may 2015 and 31 December 2015.
