NoOn May 3, 2018 the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty orders on imports of steel wire garment hangers from Taiwan and Vietnam and the existing countervailing duty order on imports of these products from Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result of the Commission’s affirmative determinations, the existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of these products from Taiwan and Vietnam will remain in place.
