Anti-dumping

On May 22, 2018 Worthington Industries and Manchester Tank & Equipment Co. filed petitions seeking the imposition of antidumping duties on steel propane cylinders imported from China, Taiwan, and Thailand.

On July 5, 2018 the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of these imports. As a result of the Commission’s affirmative determinations, the U.S. Department of Commerce will continue with its antidumping and countervailing duty investigations.
