Price stabilisation

On 16 May 2014, the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food Supply of Brazil adopted the Ministerial Order 429 increasing the minimum price of oranges from BRL 10.10 (USD 4.57) to BRL 11.45 (USD 5.18) per box of 40.8 kg. This new value applies for the 2014/2015 harvest which finalizes in March 2015.
