The regulation 120/2017 of the Ministry of Transportation introduces the Delivery Order Online procedure at Indonesian seaports. According to the preamble of the regulation, this procedure is meant to accelerate the importation process for goods ordered online.

In order to qualify for the accelerated procedure, the shipping company or the owner of the goods will have to attach a Delivery Order Online certificate. This procedure will for now be introduced only at four Indonesian seaports (Tanjung Priok, Tanjung Perak, Belawan, and Makassar).

The regulation was published on 29 December 2017 and shall come into force within six months of its publication, i.e. on 29 June 2018.
