ANNOUNCED AS TEMPORARYNo
On the 1st August, 2017, the local agricultural authority in China's Heilongjiang province, which hosts the richest agricultural industry in China, published a plan based on the Ministry of Agriculture's Announcement No.8/2017 (see related state act).
The plan seeks to reform the livestock fodder industry in the province through various restructuring and repurposing plans.
These will be achieved with concrete production subsidies of up to USD 8.90 (CNY 60) and USD 17.90 (CNY 120) per tonne production subsidies for silage maize and half-dry silage oats respectively.
The precise volume of subsidy will be calculated based on the fodder storage facilities available at each producer.
