NoOn 4 July 2012, Bolivia's Cabinet Council adopted Decree No. 1283 exceptionally allowing exports of maximum 300,000 tonnes of soybeans and maximum 35,000 tonnes of grain. In the case of soybean exports, they are exempted from the condition that the Bolivian market is well supplied and faces fair prices. Conversely, grain exports are only allowed provided that the Bolivian market is well supplied and faces fair prices. This measure enters into force as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, on 4 July 2012.
