On July 12, 2017, the Federal Public Income Administration of Argentina issued Resolution General 4092-E/2017 reducing the reference prices set on exports of powdered milk (NCM 0402.21.10 and 1901.90.90) for certain specific destinations. The new criterion values range from a FOB value of USD 3.05 to USD 3.66 per kilogram. Previous reference prices ranged from USD 4.45 to USD 5.34 per kilogram.
The new reference prices apply to Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Burkina Faso, Argelia, Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Chad, Benin, Egypt, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Morocco, Mauritius, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Zwaisiland, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Seychelles, Djibouti, Comoras, Guinea Bissau, Namibia, South Africa, Eritrea and Ethiopia.
On 27 November 2017, the Argentina Federal Administration of Public Revenue eliminated all reference values on exports (please, see related state acts).
