Export tax

On May 23, 2016, the Federal Public Income Administration of Argentina issued Resolution General 3892 increasing reference price set for export of Yerba Mate (NCM 0903.00.10 and 0903.00.90). The new criterion values correspond to a FOB value ranging from USD 2.13 to USD 3.37 per kilogramme. The previous export reference prices ranged from a FOB value of USD 1.86 to USD 3.10 per kilogramme.

The updated list of criterion values for exports introduced in 2016 refers to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Russia, Canada, United States of America, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Bangladesh, Cambodia, South Korea, North Korea, China, Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Lao, Myanmar, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Viet Nam, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria.

On 27 November 2017, the Argentina Federal Administration of Public Revenue eliminated all reference values on exports (please, see related state acts).
