Import licensing requirement

Furthermore, importers will need to obtain a 2-year certification from the Trade Ministry. In order to obtain the certificate, the importer needs to receive an Import Approval Recommendation (RPP) from the Ministry of Agriculture first. The list of products requiring this import licenses can be found in the Appendices I and II of the regulation.
The regulation came into force on 1 October 2011 and was amended by regulation 46/2013 on 29 August 2013 (cf. Related Measures).
