Anti-dumping

On September 28, 2017 the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty orders on imports of brass sheet and strip from France, Germany, Italy, and Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result of the affirmative determinations, the existing antidumping duty orders will remain in place.
