ANNOUNCED AS TEMPORARYNo
On September 7, 2017 the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that terminating the suspended antidumping duty investigation on uranium from Russia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result of the affirmative determination, the existing suspension agreement will remain in place.
