Export tax

On 1 April 2015, the Malaysian authorities reintroduced the export duty on crude palm oil. The rate of duty is 4.5% for the month of April. Prior to April 2015, the duty had temporarily been suspended for a period of seven months, see related measure.

The export tax was again suspended in May 2015 (see related measures).
