Anti-dumping

On August 24, 2017 Titanium Metals Corporation filed a petition seeking antidumping investigations of titanium sponge from Japan and Kazakhstan.

On October 6, 2017 the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that there is not a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of these imports. As a result of this negative determinations, the investigations will end.
