On August 29, 2011, the Argentine Federal Public Revenue Administration adopted Resolution General 3173/2011 updating the list of criterion values for imports of milk powder and introducing a new tariff line subject to these reference prices NCM 1901.90.90). The new reference price corresponds to a FOB value 0f USD 3.62 per kilogramme. Previously, no reference price existed for this tariff line
The updated list of criterion values for imports introduced in August 2011 refers to the following countries: Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Burkina Faso, Algeria, Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Chad, Benin, Egypt, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Morocco, Mauritius, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Swaziland, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Seychelles, Djibouti, Comoros, Guinea Bissau, Santo Tomé y Príncipe, Namibia, South Africa, Eritrea and Ethiopia.
