On November 14, 2013, the Argentine Federal Public Revenue Administration adopted Resolution General 3543/2013 updating the list of criterion values for imports of milk powder (NCM 1901.90.90). The new reference prices correspond to a FOB value of USD 4.45 per kilogramme.
The previous import criterion value (approved in 2011) was set at a FOB value of USD 3.30 per kilogramme.
The updated list of criterion values for imports introduced in 2013 refers to the following countries: Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Burkina Faso, Algeria, Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Chad, Benin, Egypt, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Morocco, Mauritius, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Swaziland, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Seychelles, Djibouti, Comoros, Guinea Bissau, Santo Tomé y Príncipe, Namibia, South Africa, Eritrea and Ethiopia.
