On November 14, 2013, the Argentine Federal Public Revenue Administration adopted Resolution General 3543/2013 updating the list of criterion values for imports of milk powder (NCM 0402.21.10). The new reference prices correspond to a FOB value ranging between USD 4.45 and USD 5.34 per kilogramme.
The previous import criterion values (approved in 2011) were set at a FOB value ranging between USD 3.30 and USD 3.96 per kilogramme.
The updated list of criterion values for imports introduced in 2013 refers to the following countries: Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Burkina Faso, Algeria, Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Chad, Benin, Egypt, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Morocco, Mauritius, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Swaziland, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Seychelles, Djibouti, Comoros, Guinea Bissau, Santo Tomé y Príncipe, Namibia, South Africa, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, Canada, China, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Barbados, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Jamaica, Mexico and Dominican Republic.
