Import licensing requirement
On 1 June 2016, import licensing requirements were imposed on the following goods: nicotine and its salts (HS code 2939.99 000); essential oils containing nicotine (HS code 3301); preparations containing nicotine, in the form of tablets and chewing gum intended to assist smokers to stop smoking (HS code 2106.90 990); preparations containing nicotine, in the form of certain patches utilized as nicotine replacement aids (HS code 3824.90 900); mixture and preparation of a kind use for vaporizer smoking (HS code 3824.90 900); phosphorus (HS code 2804.70 000); hypophosphoric acid and its salt (HS code 2809.20 110); and Alpha-Phenylacetoacetonitrile (APAAN) (HS code 2926.90 000).
