Export tax

On December 22, 2008, the Argentinian Ministry of Production and the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance passed the joint resolution 27/2008 and 29/2008 decreasing by 5% the applicable export tax on wheat and meslin flour, maize flour, cereal groats, meal and pellets of wheat and maize, and some fixed vegetable fats and oils. The previous export tax was set at 20%.
