Import licensing requirement

Temporary import licensing is introduced with respect to certain types of pasta, confectionery products as well as raw materials for their production.

These goods are classified under the following codes of the Common Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union: 1902 11 000 0, 1902 19 100 0, 1902 19 900 0, 1902 30 100 0, 1902 30 900 0, 1702 30 900 1, 1704 90 300 0, 1704 90 610 0, 1704 90 650 0, 1704 90 710 0, 1704 90 750 0, 1704 90 990 0, 1806 31 000 0, 1806 32, 1806 90 110 0, 1806 90 190 0, 1806 90 310 0, 1806 90 390 0, 1806 90 500, 1806 90 900 0,1905 20, 1905 31, 1905 32, 1905 90 450 0, and the following items of 1905 90 600 0: flour confectionery, containing or not containing cocoa, miscellaneous, with sweetening additives.

The temporary import licensing requirement shall remain in force from 1 June 2014 to 31 November 2014.
