On 14 September 2015, the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR), announced that the Croatian Shipyard Trogir successfully delivered the first of the two chemical tankers to their Norwegian client Blystad Group. 
 
The construction of the chemical tanker was financed by HBOR in cooperation with the commercial bank Ionian Club. HBOR's support is one implementation of the the "Risk Sharing Model". The total finance volume is USD 86,000,000.
 
The "Risk Sharing Model" is a loan program in which HBOR takes part of the repayment risk of loan by a commercial bank onto its books.
