Export subsidy

The Decree 2013/4 of the Money-Credit and Coordination Councilreplaces the Decree 2010/10 and encompasses an export subsidy programmefor agricultural products. The program encompasses a total of 16agricultural products (see related measure).
 
The new decree changes the subsidy payment currency from USD to Turkish Lira. In this change a variety of subsidies have been increased between 2 and 10 percent.
 
The decree was initially in force for the calendar year 2013. Decision 2014/6 prolongued this increase for a further year. Export subsidies on selected products of the program were further increased on 1 January 2015 (see related measures).
