On May 8th, 2015, the Argentinian authorities decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on imports of evaporators and condensers (of the types used in air conditioning equipment in motor vehicles) and radiators (for motor vehicles and tractors) from China (Resolution 94/2015, 08.05.2015). The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 8708.9100 and 8418.9900. The complaint was lodged by Simon Cachan S.A.
