Safeguard

On April 20, 2009 the government of India initiated a safeguard investigation on coated paper and paper board. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheadings: 4810.13; 4810.14; 4810.19; 4810.29; 4810.31; 4810.32; 4810.92; and 4810.99. Four days later, on April 24, 2009 the preliminary affirmative decision that injury occurred was taken. On November 13, 2009 the Government of India took the decision to terminate the investigation without imposing any measures.
