On 13 September 2016, the United States International Trade Administration imposed a definitive countervailing duty on imports of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey. The rate od duty ranges from 9.87% to 15.07%.
On 2 August 2021, the United States International Trade Administration announced the initiation of a sunset review of the definitive duty imposed on imports of the subject good from Turkey.
