NoIn a vote on 21 May 2015 the U.S. International Trade Commission renewed the existing anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders against imports ofcitric acid and certain citrate salts from China, and the anti-dumping order on imports of these products from Canada.
The original orders were imposed on May 29, 2009, with the renewed orders thus exceeding the five-year 'sunset' standard that generally applies to trade-remedy measures under WTO agreements (i.e., article 21.3 of the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures and article 11.3 of the Anti-dumping Agreement).
