Anti-dumping

On March 4th, 2015, the Argentinian authorities decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on imports of load cells from China (Resolution 33/2015, 04.03.2015).
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 9031.8060.
The complaint was lodged on August 15th, 2014 by Flexar S.R.L. The investigation started on the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Journal of the Argentinian Republic, i.e. on March 11th, 2015.

On 2 December 2015, the Argentinian authorities issued their preliminary decision (Resolution 655/2015). They decided to continue the investigation without imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty. Resolution 655/2015 was published in the Official Journal of the Argentinian Republic on 10 December 2015.
 
On 19 October 2016, the Argentinian authorities terminated the above investigation without the imposition of anti-dumping duties.
