ANNOUNCED AS TEMPORARYNo
In a vote on April 28, 2015 the U.S. International Trade Commission renewed the existing anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders against imports of oil country tubular goods from China. The original orders were imposed on January 20, 2010, with the renewed orders thus exceeding the five-year 'sunset' standard that generally applies to trade-remedy measures under WTO agreements (i.e., article 21.3 of the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures and article 11.3 of the Anti-dumping Agreement).
