Sanitary and phytosanitary measure

The Angolan government has banned banana and vegetable imports from Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, and Rwanda. The rationale given for this otherwise discriminatory trade measure is to contain a bacterial wilt disease affecting banana's in these countries.
