Export licensing requirement
The regulation 03/M-DAG/PER/1/2015 also requires gas and oil companies to possess a license as registered exporters and to obtain approvals for the export of fuels. Article 3 of the regulation also states that exports may only be conducted based on the supply and demand situation in the country.
Furthermore, the rules stipulate that fuel owned by the state shall only be exported by state-appointed entities.
The regulation will come into force 90 days after its issuance, i.e. on 5 April 2015.
