Anti-subsidy

The Coalition for Fair Paper Imports filed on February 26, 2015 a petition seeking the imposition of countervailing duties on supercalendered paper (a very smooth and thin type of paper) imported from Canada. The U.S. International Trade Commission reached an affirmative determination in its preliminary injury vote on April 10, 2015, and the International Trade Administration made a preliminary subsidy determination on August 3, 2015.
