ANNOUNCED AS TEMPORARYNo
On April 4, 2014, the Argentinian authorities decided, after having conducted a sunset review, to continue the anti-dumping duty on imports of vacuum flasks and other vacuum vessels with glass inners (of a capacity of up to 2.5 litres) originating in China (Resolution 66/2014, 04.04.2014).

This definitive anti-dumping duty entered into force on the day of the publication of the resolution in the Official Journal of the Argentinian Republic, i.e. on May 12, 2014, and is applicable for a period of five years.
This duty follows a review requested by Lumilagro S.A. A sunset review was then initiated by the Argentinian authorities on October 5, 2012 (Resolution 589/2012, 05.10.2012). Resolution 589/2012 was published in the Official Journal of the Argentinian Republic on October 22, 2012.
The original anti-dumping duty was decided on October 26, 2001 by Resolution 626/2001. It entered into force on the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Journal of the Argentinian Republic, i.e. on October 30, 2001. It was then extended a first time on October 9, 2007 by Resolution 262/2007 (published in the Official Journal of the Argentinian Republic on October 10, 2007).
