NoAccording to the joint report of the WTO, the OECD and UNCTAD on G20 Trade and Investment Measures, published on 14 September 2009, Indonesia has introduced new import tariffs (from 0 to 5%) for raw materials and for processed milk products (milk powder and processed milk) on 28 May 2009 by regulation 101/PMK.011/2009. It replaces the import tariffs adopted by regulation 19/2009 (cf. Related Measures).
The Permanent Delegation of Indonesia to the WTO has verified the stated measure.
