The duty is an ad valorem duty of 516% of the CIF value or, as preferential residual measure to prevent trade from being distorted more than necessary, the difference between the FOB price declared by the importer and the reference FOB price set at USD 10.52 per gallon. It is specified in the resolution that exports of the company Celera Group will be charged an ad valorem duty of 516% of the CIF value. For more details about the calculation of the duty, see Resolution No. 006-2007 dated January 18, 2007. Resolution No. 0045-2011 was published in the Official Journal of Costa Rica 'La Gaceta' on January 5, 2012.
The original anti-dumping duty was imposed on January 18, 2007 by Resolution No. 006-2007. Resolution No. 006-2007 was published in the Official Journal of Costa Rica 'La Gaceta' on January 30, 2007.
