NoOn July 25, 2013, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of laminated flooring from China (Notification No. 2013/14).
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 4411.1390, 4411.1490, 4411.9290 and 4411.9390.
On May 3, 2014, the Turkish authorities decided upon the continuation of the definitive anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of laminated flooring originating in China (Notification No. 2014/14). The amount of the duty is USD 1.60 per m², at the exception of the companies Jiangsu Lodgi Woods Industry Co. Ltd., Changzhou Lingdian Woods Co. Ltd., Changzhou Dongjia Decorative Materials Co. Ltd., Changzhou Ou Qiang Wood Industry Co. Ltd. and Jiangsu Zhongxin Desai Wood Product Co. Ltd. whose exports are subject to a duty of USD 2.40 per m².
On 12 April 2019, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the definitive antidumping duty imposed on imports of the subject good from China. This follows the application lodged by Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Yıldız Entegre Ağaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and Çamsan Entegre Ağaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. The definitive antidumping duty will remain in force for the duration of the investigation. Additionally, a sunset review was initiated on imports of the subject good from Germany, see related state act.
On 4 January 2020, the Turkish authorities extended the definitive antidumping duty imposed on imports of laminated flooring from China following the conclusion of the sunset review. The rate of duty is USD 1.60 or 2.40 per m². The duty is in force for a period of five years.
