Anti-dumping

On 17 June 2011, the United States Commerce issued a continuation of the suspended investigation on imports of hot-rolled steel from Russia. On 19 December 2014, the United States Commerce terminated the agreement suspending the antidumping duty investigation on hot-rolled steel from Russia and issued an antidumping duty order.

On 20 October 2016, the United States Commerce imposed an anti-dumping duty on imports of hot-rolled steel from Russia. The duty ranges from 73.59% to 184.56%

On 1 September 2021, the United States International Trade Administration initiated a sunset review on imports of hot-rolled steel from Russia.
