Anti-dumping

The U.S. International Trade Commission reached a final affirmative determination on July 14, 2015 in the countervailing and anti-dumping duty investigation of U.S. imports of certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China. This determination will result in the imposition of AD and CVD orders on the imports.
The case began with a petition filed on June 3, 2014 the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union. The USITC reached a unanimous affirmative determination in its preliminary injury decision on July 22, 2014 and the U.S. Department of Commerce published a peliminary affirmative dumping determination on December 1, 2014.
