Anti-dumping

On October 24, 2009, the Pakistani authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of PVC resin suspension grade from Iran and South Korea.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 3904.1090.
 
On September 30, 2010, the Pakistani authorities extended the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of PVC resin suspension grade from Iran and South Korea. The rate of the duty imposed on imports originating in Iran is 31.06%. The rate of the duty imposed on imports originating in South Korea is 40.18%.
 
This duty expired on September 29, 2014.
