Anti-dumping

On November 29, 2013, the Korean authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of PET film from Japan.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 3920.6200. The dumping is suspected to have occurred between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013.
On December 30, 2014, the Korean authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of PET film originating in Japan. The rate of the duty is 5.95%.

On 4 September 2017, the Korean authorities initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty imposed on imports of the subject good from Japan.
