On 2 December 2013, the Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) adopted General Resolution 3557 introducing reference values on export of cow and buffalo skins and leathers. The export goods belong to the HS-codes 4101 and 4104 which carry a reference price of USD 2.35and USD 2.85 respectively.

The measure was effective on 9 December 2013 and suspended on 13 January 2014 by General Resolution 3578 of 7 January 2014 (see "Related Measures").
