Safeguard

On April 24, 2009 India issued a preliminary affirmative safeguard decision concerning imports of uncoated paper and copy paper, following an investigation initiated on April 20, 2009.
On November 5, 2009 the Government of India took the decision to terminate the investigation without imposing any measures.
