Tax-based export incentive

On 23 February 2011, Uruguay's Ministry of Economy and Finance adopted Decree No. 83/011 introducing a 2 per cent tax refund on the export of natural polymers corresponding to tariff line 3913.90.60.00.
 
This measure entered into force on 4 March 2011.
