Tax-based export incentive

On 3 March 2011, Uruguay's Ministry of Economy and Finance adopted Decree No. 101/011 introducing a 4 per cent tax refund on the export of art paper and paper for printing and other graphic purposes corresponding to tariff line 4810.19.90.00.
 
This measure entered into force retroactively from 10 August 2010.
