Tax-based export incentive

On 8 May 2013, Uruguay's Ministry of Economy and Finance adopted Decree No. 138/013 introducing a 2 per cent tax refund on the export of medicaments corresponding to tariff line 3004.90.35.00. This measure entered into force retroactively on 31 January 2012.
