Anti-dumping

In a petition filed on June 27, 2013, three U.S. firms (All America Threaded Products Inc; Bay Standard Manufacturing Inc; and Vulcan Threaded Products Inc.) seek the imposition of anti-dumping duties on imports of steel threaded rod from India and Thailand and the imposition of countervailing duties on imports of this product from India. The investigation of Thai products ended with a negative preliminary injury determination by the U.S. International Trade Commission on April 17, 2014 at www.usitc.gov/press_room/news_release/2014/er0417mm1.htm. The Department of Commerce pubished its final affirmative subsidy determination for India on July 14, 2014 at enforcement.trade.gov/frn/2014/1407frn/2014-16421.txt, and its final AD determination for India at enforcement.trade.gov/frn/2014/1407frn/2014-16419.txt.
The investigation against imports from India ended on August 6, 2014, when the U.S. International Trade Commission reached a negative determination in the final injury investigation.
