On 24 February 2010, Chile's Ministry of Finance adopted Decree No. 204 imposing a 22.2 per cent provisional antidumping duty on wheat flour, tariff line 1101.0000, imported from Argentina. This measure entered into force on the same day.
On 8 July 2010, the Chilian authorities imposed a definitive duty on imports of the subject good from Argentina. The rate of duty is 17%.
On 7 July 2011, the Chilian authorities terminated the definitive duty imposed on wheat flour from Argentina. Notably, an antidumping investigation on the same product from Argentina was initiated in June 2011, see related state act.
