Export licensing requirement

On 4 July 2012, Bolivia's Cabinet Council adopted Decree No. 1283 exempting soybean exports from the condition that the Bolivian market is well supplied and faces fair prices.

Update
On December 17, 2014, the Bolivian Government issued Supreme Decree No. 2218 setting again the condition that in order to supply soybean, the Bolivian market is well supplied and faces fair prices, hence restricting the export of this good and eliminating the export quota previously set (see related state acts).
