On 21 December 2011, Bolivia's Cabinet Council adopted Decree No. 1111 allowing sugar exports of maximum 32,500 tonnes, provided that the Bolivian market is well supplied at fair prices. This measure enters into force as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, on 21 December 2011. 
 
On 15 August 2012, Bolivia's Cabinet Council adopted Decree No. 1324 allowing further exports of maximum 12,515 tonnes.
 
On 22 September 2012, Bolivia's Cabinet Council adopted Decree No. 1356 allowing further sugar exports of maximum 50,000 tonnes.
