Anti-dumping

On 13 October 2011, the Chinese Government initiated a sunset review investigation on polyurethane originating in Chinese Taipei, Japan, Republic of Korea, Singapore and US. On 12 October 2012, the country decided to extend the anti-dumping measures in force for an additional five year period.
 
The HS codes in question are 5402.4410; 5402.4900 and 5402.6920.

On 13 October 2017, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China terminated the definitive duty imposed on imports of the subject good from Chinese Taipei, Japan, Republic of Korea, Singapore and the United States.
